Booking conditions

  1. To secure your booking a booking deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of definite booking.

  2. The remaining amount is due to 30 days prior arrival.

  3. For bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of definite booking; or on arrival if the booking is less than 7 days prior to arrival.

  4. Payments can be made only by bank transfer into our account. Details will be provided at the time of confirming the booking.

  5. All bank charges incurred for Bank Transfer transaction will be on the account of the Guest.

  6. We regret that credit cards, personal checks, and traveler checks are not accepted.

  7. For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, the booking deposit will be refunded in full less 200. In situations where the booking deposit is less than 200, the cancellation is subjected to a complete forfeiture of the booking deposit.

  8. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of the booking deposit.

  9. Cancellations made between 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of the booking deposit and final payment if this has already been paid. If final payment has not been made then it is still due.

  10. There is no refund if, through no fault of the Villa, guests leave before the due departure date once their stay has commenced.

  11. We confirm all cancellations. If you do not receive a written confirmation of a cancellation it means we have not received your cancellation, are still holding a booking and will charge accordingly.

  12. Bookings are final after confirmation and the receipt of your booking deposit.

  13. Final payments are non refundable. We recommend you take out a cancellation insurance.

  14. Check in time is from 14.00 hours onwards.

  15. Check out time is 11.00 hours or before.

  16. Late check out is 15.00 pm - possible if no other guests arriving on that day.

  17. Late check out until 18.00 pm will be charged 50% of nightly rate; after 18.00 pm will be charged at full nightly rate.

Other terms and conditions

  • Villa Dunia Impian provides the Guest with Domestic Household Staff to perform the services as outlined above. All request of the Guest must be reasonable taking into account normal working hours and bearing in mind the specific role of the respective Household Staff.

  • The wages of the Household Staff are paid for by the Owner. The Guest should not feel obliged to pay the Household Staff any tip however tips are normal, are very welcome and give the Household Staff an indication that you were pleased with their services.

  • LIABILITY The Villa Owner will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car and its contents of the Hirer or any member of the party during the holiday period.

  • COMPLAINTS If the Hirer considers that he/she has cause for complaint concerning the stay at the Villa, the matter should be taken up with the Villa Owner. The Management will not entertain claims lodged by the Hirer upon departure or after return home when it is no longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.

  • DISCLAIMER Although putting together this website with the utmost care, there is always the possibility that certain information gets outdated or is no longer accurate after a period of time. We therefore accept no liability for the consequences of what is done or omitted on the basis of this publication.
